I looked for an airport hotel with a shuttle. Picked this one; it was just as expected. For supper, I walked across the street to a shopping plaza and picked the Nigerian food. Merilyn's Kitchen, delicious. The morning shuttle is hourly -- I needed 6:30 so can't comment on the breakfast which starts at 6:30 am.

We booked last minute on a weekend where a National sports event was taking place so there were not a ton of rooms available and I do believe that ALL, not just this hotel but ALL of them, greatly increased fee's for the weekend knowing their city was going to have many people coming in from all over Canada for this huge event. While everything met our expectations for a last minute booking, I do feel like we were overcharged for what we got. We got room 320. The first night was $139 which is fair and reasonable and the second night was an outrageous $194. That is waaaay too much money for what we got. Also, the electrical plug ins on the bedside lamps in the room were too loose to work which can lead to fires. The bathroom was very nice and modern. I liked the sparkly vanity top, the huge shower, and the mirror which had lights around it. We had a room with an in suite jacuzzi tub and while the room itself is definitely dated, the bed was comfy, the room appeared clean and we were treated well by front desk staff. The room temp was very easy to control and kept the room at a comfortable and cool temp all night long. There was a safe in the room but we did not utilize it. The parking was sufficient and there were amenities near by such as restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The common areas as well as the parking lot/front entrance were neat and tidy. It will absolutely do the trick to have a clean place to lay your head and have a comfortable sleep.

THE DIRTIEST ROOM EVER. DO NOT STAY HERE! We arrived with our garbage full in our room a huge hair all on the floor on the bathroom. The coffee and breakfast was disgusting 🤢 🤮 Pay more stay somewhere else! Mexico is cleaner!

Absolutely HORRIBLE and never coming back again, writing this post on behalf of my dad, first time staying at this hotel and found this metal piece under the mattress also hidden by the coversheet, bruised my foot and was went to sleep after taking picture evidence due to exhaustion. I informed the front desk first thing in the morning and I had to use my own bandaids, they only provided me with a manager's contact information. I sent the complaint to the manager as this has never happened during my 30+ years of travelling. Manager Raj did not respond for 5 days and I called the hotel to pursue a response. When Raj finally responded he asked why did I not report to the hotel upon checkin? this was interesting because it is not my first instinct to go around inspecting for hidden safety hazards as I expect that should be done prior to my stay, he said he couldn't reimburse me as I've already paid which adds on the frustration as I would not have booked if I had foreseen this. Absolutely terrible experience as a first time guest and would not recommend to anyone unless you wish to feel ignored and go back home with an injury only to get a 20% off coupon on your next stay, there will be no next stay. Raj stopped responding after I inquired if I could speak to senior management. Unfortunately there is no 0 star as that would have been the most accurate rating.

The housekeeping staff did not clean our room on Friday so had to get clean towels from Front Desk at night. Breakfast is the same everyday that we were there. No changes. Swimming pool and hot tub has not been clean at all. Hot tub would be very hot one day and then cold the next day. Management don't care, just collecting money. Will never ever go to this place again.
